Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At Mystic Crave, we strive to deliver the best quality products. Due to the nature of food products, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

1. Returns

We do not accept returns for opened, used, or consumed food products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Refunds or replacements are applicable only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit
  • An incorrect item is delivered

To be eligible:

Provide clear photos/videos of the package and product

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

3. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

4. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preferences
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delayed delivery beyond estimated timelines

5. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

8. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

9. Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
